I WON!!!  I won for Best Singer-Songwriter for “I Know Your Name” for the Hollywood Independent Music Awards!!  I am  incredibly honored!! I wasn’t able to attend the ceremony last night, but got this photo thanks to incomparable Kitt Wakeley!

Thank you foremost to the ultimate Creator who promises everything one day will be made right. Thank you so very much for the HIMA Awards Voting Academy and the amazing musicians and collaborators who made the vision of this song come to life.

While accolades and awards are humbling and fantastic, I would give every one of them away to have one more minute with my Dad on this side of heaven; but, I know he is honored to know this song speaks to his profound legacy. 🤍

INCREDIBLY honored to be nominated for the awards below for writing a song that is so very dear to me. xx

Amazing time had at Bravo Vail! singing with the incredible Dallas Symphony Orchestra!!

**Showtime with the Dayton Philharmonic**

One year. One year today without being able to call my Dad and hear his wisdom, his wit or his advice.  365 days without hearing his laugh or seeing his delight in me, for my Mom or for my children. 525,600 minutes wishing I had one more minute with him.  It is just as surreal today.

Because of the recklessness of another, my healthy and vibrant father was tragically killed.  Instead of flying home to celebrate my son’s first birthday, my Mom’s birthday and my own birthday, we planned a memorial service for the best man I have ever known.

I wrote the song, “I Know Your Name” in homage to him and to this experience.  Many people in this world have experienced sudden grief and loss and perhaps it can bring comfort to other hurting hearts.  I am specifically releasing this song today-on this first anniversary, April 5th, 2023 - in order to have a say and in order be exactly what my Dad taught us to be..

Proceeds of this song will go to the James S. Drennan Memorial Orchestra Scholarship fund where my Dad was a charter member of the orchestra and trumpet and baritone player for over 25 years.

May this song and our lives honor his incredible legacy.

We had a spectacular time at The Blossom Music Festival with The Cleveland Orchestra. It was simply wonderful making music with an amazing group of musicians, sharing it with an incredible audience in a 23,000 seat capacity (!!) venue and getting to showcase the music of Paul Simon.

Honored to be a part of The New York Blessing where worship leaders from over 100 churches in NY came together to sing this song of hope during the Covid-19 pandemic and BLM movement.

Mother and daughter duo Patti and Emily Drennan sing one of their favorite songs of hope, "His Eye is on the Sparrow", despite being miles and states away from each other during this global pandemic.

Loved headlining two Home for the Holidays shows with the wonderful South Bend Symphony! Even more special to share it with my family including my little one!
